Mais ce fut aussi l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;\u00e9couter les propos d&rsquo;autres sp\u00e9cialistes, et l\u00e0, par-del\u00e0 l&rsquo;Atlantique. Le bootcamp a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 par la keynote de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/uk.linkedin.com\/in\/donaldhtaylor\">Donald H. Taylor<\/a><\/strong>, sp\u00e9cialiste des technologies et de la formation. La keynote s\u2019ouvre sur une tension palpable. Enthousiasme. Malaise. Fascination. Inqui\u00e9tude. Nous entrons dans un monde sans carte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019IA est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e comme une technologie \u00e0 usage g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. \u00c0 l\u2019image de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 hier, elle ne transforme pas un secteur. Elle reconfigure les infrastructures invisibles de tous les secteurs. Le Learning &amp; Development n\u2019y \u00e9chappe pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La salle \u00e9voque les deepfakes, l\u2019\u00e9rosion de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9, la passivit\u00e9 cognitive, autant d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments dont les d\u00e9mos ont \u00e9t\u00e9 faites sur des stands. Une d\u00e9monstration de face swap, indistinguable du r\u00e9el, installe le doute. Mais en parall\u00e8le, l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration scientifique et les gains de productivit\u00e9 interrogent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le message est clair : l\u2019IA n\u2019est ni ange ni d\u00e9mon. Elle est levier. Et c\u2019est la strat\u00e9gie qui fera la diff\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le mod\u00e8le \u201csage on the stage\u201d est mort. Il ne le sait pas encore.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant des d\u00e9cennies, le L&amp;D a \u00e9t\u00e9 structur\u00e9 autour d\u2019un goulot d\u2019\u00e9tranglement : le formateur. Puis l\u2019ing\u00e9nieur p\u00e9dagogique. Puis l\u2019\u00e9quipe de production. Cr\u00e9er. Distribuer. Mesurer la compl\u00e9tion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Or, ce mod\u00e8le est en d\u00e9calage avec la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019anecdote du formateur Excel des ann\u00e9es 1990 est parlante : r\u00e9troprojecteur, transparents, chronom\u00e9trage de la fonction IF. Le contenu \u00e9tait rare. Le formateur \u00e9tait le canal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, le contenu est surabondant. Le goulot d\u2019\u00e9tranglement a chang\u00e9. Il ne s\u2019agit plus d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019information, mais de l\u2019activer au moment o\u00f9 elle compte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mission du L&amp;D ne change pas : aider les individus et les organisations \u00e0 prosp\u00e9rer.<br>La m\u00e9thode, elle, bascule radicalement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rupture : l\u2019IA a commoditis\u00e9 la production de contenu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un exemple frappe : une vid\u00e9o de formation g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e en 30 minutes pour environ 20 dollars, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 un dispositif traditionnel co\u00fbtait 20 000 dollars. Ce n\u2019est pas parfait. C\u2019est \u201c80 % suffisamment bon\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9conomiquement, l\u2019\u00e9quation est implacable. La production de contenu n\u2019est plus une barri\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e. Elle n\u2019est plus un diff\u00e9renciateur strat\u00e9gique. Elle devient une commodit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cons\u00e9quence : les \u00e9quipes L&amp;D doivent d\u00e9placer leur valeur.<br>Moins d\u2019\u00e9nergie sur la fabrication. Plus sur le design syst\u00e9mique, l\u2019architecture des comp\u00e9tences, l\u2019alignement strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019IA devient un \u201ctool in the toolkit\u201d. Pas un substitut au jugement. Un multiplicateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le point d\u2019inflexion 2025 : de la surcharge \u00e0 l\u2019adoption<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es longitudinales pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es sont \u00e9clairantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fin 2023 : chaos, surcharge, exp\u00e9rimentation d\u00e9sordonn\u00e9e. 2024 : stagnation relative.<br>2025 : maturit\u00e9 d\u2019usage. Avec les pilotes, pr\u00e8s de 75 % des fonctions L&amp;D utilisent l\u2019IA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n\u2019est plus un d\u00e9bat d\u2019opportunit\u00e9. C\u2019est un d\u00e9bat de maturit\u00e9. Quatre grandes cat\u00e9gories d\u2019usage \u00e9mergent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cr\u00e9ation de contenu et design<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Op\u00e9rations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strat\u00e9gie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Workforce enablement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le contenu reste dominant. Mais la sophistication progresse. Un indicateur symbolique : le terme \u00ab\u00a0research\u00a0\u00bb grimpe spectaculairement dans les usages. Ce changement lexical traduit un changement culturel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mutation strat\u00e9gique : de la formation \u00e0 la performance en situation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le c\u0153ur de la keynote se situe ici. La croissance la plus prometteuse n\u2019est pas dans les LMS. Elle est dans la performance support et le skills practice. Plut\u00f4t que d\u2019envoyer un collaborateur en formation, l\u2019IA peut :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comprendre la t\u00e2che en cours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifier l\u2019intention<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fournir un appui contextualis\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personnaliser la guidance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Particuli\u00e8rement pour les m\u00e9tiers de premi\u00e8re ligne : retail, h\u00f4tellerie, production industrielle, le gain est imm\u00e9diat. On ne forme plus \u201cau cas o\u00f9\u201d. On soutient \u201cau moment o\u00f9\u201d. La logique change : du transfert de savoir \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction du performance gap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les cinq piliers de demain : \u00e9largir le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre du L&amp;D<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La keynote propose une structuration en cinq piliers :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Communaut\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contenu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distribution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donn\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Historiquement, le L&amp;D a investi les deux premiers. La performance devient mesurable en contexte. La communaut\u00e9 devient source de savoir vivant. Et c\u2019est ici que se trouve l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique majeure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le v\u00e9ritable avantage comp\u00e9titif : r\u00e9v\u00e9ler le savoir tacite<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSi seulement HP savait ce que HP sait\u2026\u201d Cette citation r\u00e9sonne dans la salle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le savoir g\u00e9n\u00e9rique est d\u00e9sormais abondant. Accessible. Standardis\u00e9. La raret\u00e9 se d\u00e9place vers le savoir tacite, local, contextuel, \u00e0 valeur ajout\u00e9e. Celui qui n\u2019est \u00e9crit nulle part. Celui qui r\u00e9side dans l\u2019exp\u00e9rience, dans la compr\u00e9hension profonde, dans le lien. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mission strat\u00e9gique du L&amp;D devient alors claire : surfac\u00e9 et partager la connaissance. Identifier les micro-expertises.<br>Les structurer. Les injecter dans les syst\u00e8mes de performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019IA rend cette ambition op\u00e9rationnelle. Analyse de conversations internes. Synth\u00e8se de feedbacks terrain. Clusterisation de retours qualitatifs. Extraction de patterns. L&rsquo;IA donne acc\u00e8s \u00e0 plus d&rsquo;analyse, le L&amp;D peut devenir l\u2019architecte du knowledge flow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2031 : une profession en bifurcation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La projection finale est lucide. Le m\u00e9tier se scindera :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le training, structur\u00e9, formel, n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La people capability, centr\u00e9e sur l\u2019activation des comp\u00e9tences et la distribution du pouvoir d\u2019agir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Le second p\u00f4le est le terrain strat\u00e9gique. Ce n\u2019est plus une fonction support. C\u2019est une fonction d\u2019\u00a0\u00bbinfrastructure cognitive\u00a0\u00bb. Et la question implicite pos\u00e9e \u00e0 la salle est simple : o\u00f9 souhaitez-vous \u00eatre en 2031 ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion : sans carte, mais pas sans boussole<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous entrons dans un monde sans carte. Mais pas sans rep\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trois orientations \u00e9mergent clairement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Basculer d\u2019une logique de cours \u00e0 une logique de capacit\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investir massivement dans l\u2019analyse et la data, pas seulement dans la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organiser le flux de connaissances comme un actif strat\u00e9gique.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019IA n\u2019est pas la finalit\u00e9. Elle est le levier. La vraie transformation est organisationnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FAQ \u2013 IA et transformation du Learning &amp; Development<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019IA va-t-elle remplacer les \u00e9quipes L&amp;D ?<\/strong><br>Non. Elle remplace certaines t\u00e2ches de production. Elle augmente la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019expertise strat\u00e9gique en capability building et en knowledge orchestration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce que le \u201cworkforce enablement\u201d ?<\/strong><br>Une approche centr\u00e9e sur la performance r\u00e9elle en situation de travail, combinant performance support, practice et personnalisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pourquoi l\u2019analyse qualitative devient-elle strat\u00e9gique ?<\/strong><br>Parce que la valeur est dans les signaux faibles, les retours terrain et le savoir tacite. L\u2019IA permet enfin d\u2019exploiter ces volumes de donn\u00e9es textuelles \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La formation formelle va-t-elle dispara\u00eetre ?<\/strong><br>Non. Elle persiste pour les savoirs structurants.
