J&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 cette pr\u00e9sentation tr\u00e8s riche et assez int\u00e9ressante pour penser le cadre de l&rsquo;usage des IA dans le domaine de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation (et au-del\u00e0). C&rsquo;est une pr\u00e9sentation tout en nuance comme, personnellement, je les appr\u00e9cie. La question pos\u00e9e principale \u00e9tant : avec quel objectif utiliser l&rsquo;IA ? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contexte : sortir du d\u00e9bat caricatural<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019intelligence artificielle en \u00e9ducation suscite deux r\u00e9actions oppos\u00e9es. Enthousiasme technophile. Rejet moral. Entre les deux, peu de nuance. La keynote de Didier Paquelin propose pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment cela : de la nuance. Il ne s\u2019agit ni de c\u00e9l\u00e9brer la machine, ni de la diaboliser. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 la manier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019image choisie est forte : devenir des \u00ab ma\u00eetres fugu \u00bb. Ce poisson japonais, d\u00e9licieux mais potentiellement mortel, exige expertise et discernement. L\u2019IA rel\u00e8ve du m\u00eame r\u00e9gime. Pharmakon : rem\u00e8de et poison. Tout d\u00e9pend de l\u2019usage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La question n\u2019est donc pas : \u00ab Faut-il utiliser l\u2019IA ? \u00bb<br>La vraie question est : \u00ab Dans quelle intention l\u2019utilisons-nous ? \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une tension structurelle : performance contre apprentissage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Didier Paquelin replace l\u2019IA dans un contexte soci\u00e9tal plus large : celui de l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration permanente. Performance, instantan\u00e9it\u00e9, optimisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Or l\u2019\u00e9ducation ne rel\u00e8ve pas de la m\u00eame temporalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La machine calcule en millisecondes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019apprentissage transforme des structures cognitives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le temps de l\u2019apprentissage n\u2019est pas le temps de la machine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019enjeu strat\u00e9gique pour les \u00e9tablissements est clair : ne pas laisser la logique d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 dicter la logique p\u00e9dagogique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aller plus vite n\u2019est pas apprendre mieux. Automatiser n\u2019est pas comprendre. Produire n\u2019est pas transformer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans plusieurs de ses travaux sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience \u00e9tudiante et l\u2019engagement, Paquelin insiste d\u2019ailleurs sur la dimension processuelle de l\u2019apprentissage : apprendre, c\u2019est modifier des processus internes, mobiliser des fonctions cognitives, construire du sens. Ce n\u2019est pas livrer une performance ponctuelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deux polarit\u00e9s d\u2019usage : efficacit\u00e9 et approfondissement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019IA ouvre deux grandes familles d\u2019usage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. La main gauche : l\u2019efficacit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>R\u00e9sumer un article<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traduire un texte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00e9ner un plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automatiser une t\u00e2che r\u00e9p\u00e9titive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ici, l\u2019IA est proth\u00e8se. Elle fait \u00e0 notre place. Elle r\u00e9duit la charge cognitive extrins\u00e8que. Elle lib\u00e8re du temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est utile. Et souvent n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. La main droite : l\u2019approfondissement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Explorer des points de vue contradictoires<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tester des hypoth\u00e8ses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simuler un d\u00e9bat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Questionner un raisonnement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ici, l\u2019IA devient partenaire intellectuel. Elle stimule. Elle confronte. Elle \u00e9largit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La formule centrale de la keynote m\u00e9rite d\u2019\u00eatre m\u00e9dit\u00e9e : \u00ab La main gauche ne doit pas ignorer ce que fait la main droite. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autrement dit : le temps gagn\u00e9 par l\u2019automatisation doit \u00eatre r\u00e9investi dans l\u2019approfondissement. Sinon, nous rempla\u00e7ons simplement l\u2019effort par la vitesse. Et nous perdons en profondeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quatre figures d\u2019usage : de la proth\u00e8se \u00e0 la co-cr\u00e9ation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Didier Paquelin propose une typologie pr\u00e9cieuse pour les d\u00e9cideurs :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Proth\u00e8se \/ Assistance<\/strong><br>L\u2019IA agit \u00e0 la place de l\u2019utilisateur. Traduction, r\u00e9daction simple, synth\u00e8se.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Orth\u00e8se \/ Soutien<\/strong><br>L\u2019IA aide \u00e0 mieux faire. Elle soutient l\u2019action sans s\u2019y substituer totalement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dialogue augment\u00e9<\/strong><br>L\u2019IA devient interlocuteur. Elle questionne, reformule, propose des angles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Co-cr\u00e9ation<\/strong><br>L\u2019humain et l\u2019IA produisent ensemble. Une hybridation cognitive \u00e9merge.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette gradation n\u2019est pas anodine. Elle dessine une trajectoire p\u00e9dagogique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus on monte, plus l\u2019agentivit\u00e9 humaine doit \u00eatre forte. Moins on pense, plus la machine pense pour nous. Plus on questionne, plus la machine devient levier d\u2019intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le c\u0153ur du sujet : l\u2019esprit critique comme comp\u00e9tence strat\u00e9gique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u2019il ne fallait retenir qu\u2019une seule priorit\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique, Paquelin est sans ambigu\u00eft\u00e9 : l\u2019esprit critique. Non pas au sens superficiel du scepticisme. Mais au sens exigeant du questionnement structur\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quels sont les biais possibles ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quelles hypoth\u00e8ses implicites structurent la r\u00e9ponse ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quels points de vue sont absents ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quelle est la source du raisonnement ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un environnement satur\u00e9 de production automatis\u00e9e, la comp\u00e9tence rare n\u2019est plus de produire du texte. C\u2019est d\u2019\u00e9valuer, d\u2019interroger, de contextualiser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, l\u2019enjeu est strat\u00e9gique : former des \u00e9tudiants capables d\u2019interagir avec des syst\u00e8mes intelligents sans leur d\u00e9l\u00e9guer leur jugement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sinon, nous formerons des op\u00e9rateurs de prompts. Pas des penseurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9habiliter la dimension eud\u00e9monique de l\u2019effort<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une id\u00e9e forte traverse la keynote : la satisfaction de l\u2019effort accompli. L\u2019IA r\u00e9duit la friction. Mais de rappeler que l\u2019effort cognitif produit une forme de joie durable : celle d\u2019avoir compris. Si tout devient instantan\u00e9, que reste-t-il de cette exp\u00e9rience ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les d\u00e9cideurs acad\u00e9miques, cela implique de repenser les dispositifs d\u2019\u00e9valuation, les sc\u00e9narios p\u00e9dagogiques et les crit\u00e8res de r\u00e9ussite. La facilit\u00e9 technologique ne doit pas dissoudre l\u2019exigence intellectuelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trois principes d\u2019action pour les \u00e9tablissements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L\u2019intention avant l\u2019outil<\/strong><br>Chaque usage de l\u2019IA doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u2019une question strat\u00e9gique : efficacit\u00e9 ou approfondissement ? Substitution ou d\u00e9veloppement ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Institutionnaliser le questionnement<\/strong><br>Former explicitement \u00e0 l\u2019analyse critique des r\u00e9ponses g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es. Int\u00e9grer des phases de validation, de confrontation, de d\u00e9bat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Favoriser l\u2019agentivit\u00e9 conjointe<\/strong><br>Concevoir des activit\u00e9s o\u00f9 l\u2019IA nourrit la collaboration humaine au lieu de l\u2019isoler : d\u00e9bats \u00e0 partir de r\u00e9ponses g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es, sc\u00e9narios complexes co-analys\u00e9s, projets hybrides.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion : gouverner l\u2019IA plut\u00f4t que la subir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La keynote de Didier Paquelin ne propose pas une liste d\u2019outils. Elle propose une posture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne pas c\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019emballement. Ne pas s\u2019abriter derri\u00e8re la peur.  Construire une maturit\u00e9 collective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019IA en \u00e9ducation n\u2019est pas un probl\u00e8me technique. C\u2019est une question anthropologique et p\u00e9dagogique. Elle interroge notre conception de l\u2019apprentissage, du temps, de l\u2019effort et de l\u2019intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devenir des \u00ab ma\u00eetres fugu \u00bb n\u2019est pas une m\u00e9taphore d\u00e9corative. C\u2019est une exigence strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FAQ \u2013 IA en \u00e9ducation et strat\u00e9gie acad\u00e9mique<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pourquoi parler d\u2019IA comme pharmakon en \u00e9ducation ?<\/strong><br>Parce que son impact d\u00e9pend de l\u2019usage.
